Format: Item Name [whitespace] Quantity. We use the first integer token (digits/commas only) as the quantity, so names like 250mm Light Artillery Cannon I are handled correctly. Commas in numbers are OK.
Prices use the API's modified_unit_price when available, otherwise the base unit_price.
